Who do you think is the greatest band of all time?

Aerosmith.

Slipknot, 9 guys making music in a band for this long without killing eachother over band drama or side bands(stoned sour). They have a guy that plays a keg....with a baseball bat. Not my style of music, but hats off to them.

The Beatles, definitely.

Definitely Pearl Jam. Their organic, live-fueled music is some of the greatest I have ever heard. Eddie Vedder is an amazing songwriter, and Pearl Jam actually has something to say in their songs. This is a band whose legacy as one of the greatests will never die.

CCR was pretty good.

This really depends on what factors you use to determine best. If it's based on record sales then it's a toss up between Beatles and Elvis, but then you said band, so that leaves the Beatles.

Out of those two, I know hardly anything about Blind Guardian and Helloween (big shock, I know, but everytime I go to HMV to buy one of their CDs, I see something else and buy that)

but my favs are Kamelot (Ignores KP's Comment), Galneryus, and Versailles (I couldn't tell you which one I like more, that would be like picking which of your kids you like better)
